PROMECH · 普罗迈克

One workshop, two products, and ten years of being called to fix other people's machines.

We are not a trading company that found a factory. We came out of that workshop, and we do the part the workshop cannot do: choosing the equipment, costing it honestly, and answering in writing before and after the order.

How this started

For more than a decade we have run chemical equipment work in Shandong — building bead mills and mixer drives, and, more than anyone expected, repairing them. Repair work is an education. You learn very quickly which part of a machine a designer was careless about, because that is the part that arrives on your bench.

Our technical lead is the reason we quote a seal arrangement before we quote a motor, and the reason we will ask you about your cooling-water temperature when you only wanted a price.

When the old plant stopped building, the drawings, the jigs and the service history did not disappear. They came with us into the workshop we build in now — very good machining and assembly, genuinely capable people. What a workshop like that is usually bad at is selling. Its instinct, when a buyer hesitates, is to cut the price and cut something behind it, and that is the habit we are trying to break.

So we split the work. They build. We decide what should be built, what each choice costs, and we defend the parts that must not be cut. My partner comes from agricultural-machinery export and knows the shipping, documentation and customs side cold — which is why a PROMECH order arrives with paperwork that a freight forwarder can actually process.

That is the whole business model. No showroom, no exhibition stand, no sales floor of twelve people waiting for marketplace leads. The money that would have gone there goes into the seal faces, the screen and the bearings — and into the price.

What that means for you in one sentence

You are buying from people who have repaired these machines for a decade, which is why we know exactly which shortcuts fail, at what month, and what they cost to undo.

Who does what

Four roles, namedEvery one of these is a person you can ask to be on the video call.
RoleResponsible forWhy it matters to your order
Technical leadMachine selection, seal and separator specification, the parts that decide service life, and the sign-off on every non-standard build.Nothing gets substituted to hit a price without his initials on it.
Commercial & costingQuotation, cost breakdown, drawing exchange, material sourcing, and being the person who says "this is where I would not save money".You get a line-by-line price you can argue with, not a single number.
Partner workshopCutting, welding, machining, heat treatment, assembly and the bench test. The machine is built where the drawings and the jigs already live.
Export leadBooking, packing specification, documents, customs, and the shipping route to your port.Carried over from agricultural-machinery export: the paperwork is right the first time.

The workshop

A working heavy-equipment floor, not a photo studio. Here is what it can actually do.

  • Horizontal lathes up to 1200 mm swing for shafts and chamber bodies.
  • CNC machining centre and a horizontal boring machine for the housing faces that must be square.
  • Drilling, tapping and gear-cutting in-house; cycloidal discs and pin bushes made to our own tolerance.
  • Argon and submerged-arc welding on stainless, with gas-backing on the root pass of a wetted seam.
  • Shot blast, primer and two-pack finish; stainless surfaces left unpainted and passivated.
  • 10 t overhead crane, so a RWM-300 frame can be turned and inspected properly.
  • Test bench with water load and, for agreed products, a live test with your own media.

Machines are revised as the market moves, so the unit that ships may differ in detail from the one in the picture — the drawing that comes with your quote is the version that matters.

Build and test, step by step

Material in

Heat numbers logged against the mill certificate. Stainless is verified by spectrometer before it is cut, not after.

Machining

Output faces machined after welding so the housing is square. Runout checked and recorded per machine.

Assembly

Bearing end-float set by feeler, seal cartridge preset at source, rotor balance checked before the chamber closes.

Bench test

Runs on water: current, temperature rise, seal-oil pressure, vibration, screen integrity, no-leak hold.

Release

Your tag number, the test record, the nameplate photo and the packing plan go into one file. That file is what we open on the video call.

Video factory audit — before you release the balance

You are being asked to move money across an ocean for a machine you have never touched. A polished supplier video proves nothing. A live call proves the workshop exists, your machine is real, and the person who built it will answer your questions.

01 · LIVE, NOT FILMED

You direct the walk

WhatsApp video or the call you prefer, at a time that suits your evening. Start at the gate if you want. Ask to see the lathe that turned your shaft, the oil store, the crane, the specific corner you are worried about. No script, no cut, no retakes.

02 · YOUR MACHINE

Nameplate and serial

We film the nameplate, the tag number and the shaft stamp so you can match them against the packing list at your end. We film the seal cartridge being fitted, the screen you ordered, and the spares laid out beside the crate.

03 · RUNNING

On the test bench

The machine runs while you watch: current on the clamp meter, outlet temperature, seal-oil pressure, and a hand on the guard so you can hear how quietly it is running. If your product is being ground on the bench, we film that too.

Third-party inspection

Bring whoever you want. SGS, BV, TÜV, your own agent, your forwarder's surveyor — they are welcome on the floor and we will meet them at the gate. Their fee is yours, our cooperation is free. If a buyer tells you a factory refused an independent inspection, take that as the answer about that factory.

Papers, certificates and what we will not claim

We are not going to print a logo we cannot stand behind. Here is exactly what you get, and what has to be asked for.

Documentation suppliedAnything marked "on request" is available and priced; we simply do not pretend it came free.
DocumentStatusNotes
Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing listStandardEnglish, with HS code agreed with you before shipment.
Bill of ladingStandardFOB Qingdao as default. CIF and DDP quoted on request.
General arrangement drawingStandardFoundation, ports, panel schedule and wear-part numbers. Yours to keep and to buy from locally.
Bench test recordStandardCurrent, temperature, vibration, pressure hold, signed and dated.
Mill certificate for stainlessStandardHeat number traceable to the chamber. 3.1 certificate on request.
Certificate of Origin / Form E / Form FOn requestForm E matters for ASEAN; ask before shipping, not after.
CE or a notified-body certificateTell us what you needWe will state plainly which parts of a declaration we can sign and which need your local authority or a paid body. We will not send you a certificate with a fake mark on it.
Fumigation certificate for timber packingStandard optionOr we build a fumigation-free plywood crate, which is what most buyers now prefer.
ISO certificateNot claimedAsk us and we will show you the workshop's actual inspection records instead. A certificate is not the same thing as a machine that runs.

What we are not

Not a large group

We will never have a 200-person sales floor, a five-star booth at a European show, or a machine on every continent. What we have is a workshop that knows these two products and a phone that gets answered. If your purchasing policy requires a group with 500 staff, we are the wrong supplier and we would rather you knew that now.

GFJ high-speed up-and-down disperser: teal column, counterweighted head rail and a variable-speed drive on top
GFJ disperser, 2.2–33 kW — the other machine this workshop builds

Not an everything factory

No reactors, no large vacuum tanks, no pressure-vessel code work. Anything else on the workshop’s own list — bead mills, GFJ dispersers, coating lines — we can quote, and we will tell you plainly which of them we build well and which of them we merely build.

Judge us on a call, not a page.

Send your questions in writing first if you prefer. Then pick a time and we will walk the floor with you live before you commit anything.
