Shandong, China · more than a decade on this equipment

Bead mills where the seal, the screen and the liner are the spec — not an upsell.

We build horizontal bead mills from 0.5 to 300 litres, plus modified cycloidal drives for conical screw mixers. You choose the wetted metal, we tell you exactly what it costs and why. FOB Qingdao, WhatsApp before and after the order.

01 / Honest catalogue

Two things we do properly. Two things we will tell you straight about.

A supplier who quotes everything is a supplier who checks nothing. Here is where our experience actually sits.

MADE HERE

Horizontal bead mills, 0.5 – 300 L

Lab machines that repeat a formula, and production machines that hold output hour after hour. Disc or rod-pin rotor, dynamic or static separator, water-jacketed chamber, ceramic or stainless flow path.

  • 0.5 / 1 L laboratory · 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 L pilot
  • 10 – 300 L production · 80 L/h up to a 72 000 L batch
  • Carbon steel · 304 · 316L · ZrO₂ ceramic · PU

MADE HERE

Modified cycloidal drives for conical mixers, 500 – 5000 L

The standard catalogue reducer is the weak part of a conical screw mixer. We rework the output bearing, thrust capacity, flange and sealing so the drive survives dense powder and axial load.

  • Built to your drawing or your mixer's existing bolt pattern
  • Vertical output, rigid flange, dust collar, thrust pair
  • Common failure analysis before you order — free

NOT FROM US

Reactors and large vacuum tanks

Pressure vessels and jacketed reactors need a code stamp, a hydrostatic test certificate and an inspector. We are not that factory, and we would rather say so now than argue about it after shipment.

AVAILABLE, NOT FRONT PAGE

Dispersers and complete coating lines

The same workshop builds GFJ high-speed up-and-down dispersers (2.2–33 kW, Φ160–350 mm blade) and water-based coating lines, and we will quote them. We are simply not leading with them: on a bead mill our value is the seal and the liner, and we would rather spend the page there.

02 / What actually decides your machine

Three questions. Answer them and we can quote within a day.

01 · SEAL

The mechanical seal is the machine

Water-based slurries dry on the seal face and crystallise. That is where cheap bead mills die in month three. We use a double cartridge seal with an oil buffer kept above chamber pressure, and the seal comes out without dismantling the chamber.

02 · METAL

Will your product tolerate iron?

White and near-white products — TiO₂, toothpaste, sunscreen, food, ceramic paste — pick up metal from the chamber and the rotor. If colour or a food spec matters, the flow path goes all-ceramic or PU and we quote it as such.

03 · BEAD

Smallest bead you will run

Bead size sets the screen slot, the rotor tip speed and the risk of blocking. 0.1 mm beads need a different separator than 1.5 mm. Tell us the fineness you need and we size the machine from the bead up.

03 / Range

Start where your formula is proven.

The series share the same rotor, screen and seal vocabulary, so a result you trust at 1 L is a starting point at 20 L rather than a new experiment. Pick the chamber by batch size, then let us argue with you about the seal.

Production · RWM-B, RWM-C and large-flow

10 L to 300 L chambers, 80 L/h up through a 72 000 L batch. Rod-pin rotors for nano work, disc rotors for the volume jobs, and the seal and separator choices put in front of you instead of buried in a price.

04 / Material selection

What each wetted material costs you, and when you need it.

Prices are relative, on the same chamber size. This is the conversation a trading company will not have with you.

06 / Where your money goes

You are paying for the seal, the liner and the shaft — not a showroom.

We have spent more than a decade building and repairing this equipment in Shandong. The drawings, the jigs and the service history came forward with us, and the workshop behind them is ours: strong at machining and assembly, and not interested in hiding what a machine is made of.

So we split the work. They build. We decide what should be built, what each choice costs, and we defend the parts that must not be cut.

  • Cost is broken out on every quote: base machine, material upgrade, seal grade, drive, spares, packing, inland freight to Qingdao.
  • No trading-company margin stacked on a margin. You deal with the people who chose the bearing.
  • We will tell you when the cheaper option is genuinely enough for your product — and when it is not.
  • Wear parts and seal cartridges stocked for the life of the machine, shipped by air courier.

08 / Before you ask

The questions every serious buyer opens with.

Why no Alibaba or made-in-China storefront?

Because the commission would be in your price. We would rather spend that money on the seal faces and tell you the truth about the machine. You get a direct line to the people who specify and build it, and a price you can take apart line by line.

Can you test-grind my product first?

Yes, and we prefer it. Send 3–5 kg. We grind on a lab unit and return the sample with a report: fineness at each pass, current draw, outlet temperature, flow rate, screen used, bead size and the machine we would recommend with its cost breakdown. Solvent-bearing samples must go by sea freight and we will tell you the route before you ship anything.

What is the price range?

We do not publish a number, because a RWM-P5 in 304 with a standard seal and a RWM-P5 with a ceramic chamber, carbide pins, an Ex motor and a PLC are the same model name and a very different machine. Send your specification and you will get the breakdown — base, material upgrade, seal grade, drive, spares, packing, inland freight — with each line priced.

What does the warranty cover, exactly?

Twelve months from bill of lading date against manufacturing defect on the machine. Wear parts — seal faces, screens, rotor pins, O-rings, liners — are covered for three months against defect. Inside the first twelve months, if we confirm a defect, freight both ways is on us.

What are the payment terms?

30 % telegraphic transfer to start the build, 70 % before shipment — and only after your video audit of your own machine. Letter of credit at sight is negotiable on larger orders. For samples and small spare-part orders we take PayPal or a card link so the paperwork is not more expensive than the parts.

Why is your price lower than the European machine?

Because the chamber is not made in Switzerland and because we do not carry a distributor margin. The parts that decide machine life — seal faces, screen, bearings, motor — we buy to the same specification. Where we save money you will see it listed as a saving, not hidden as a substitution.

What happens when a wear part fails in two years?

You send us the model and the shaft stamp number from the nameplate. We hold chamber liners, rotor pins, bead screens, seal cartridges and O-rings for every machine we ship, and we publish the dimensional drawing of your machine so you can also buy locally. First-year failures of normal wear parts are covered; freight both ways is on us for the first 12 months.

Which voltage and frequency will it arrive set for?

Whatever you confirm at order. Standard is 380–415 V / 50 Hz three-phase; we wind and label for 220, 380, 400, 415, 440, 460, 480 and 660 V at 50 or 60 Hz, and 110/220 V single-phase for lab units. Getting this wrong is the most common avoidable problem in export — we write it on the nameplate and in the packing list twice.
