If a number is missing we ask for it rather than guessing a machine.
You get a breakdown: base machine, material upgrade, seal grade, drive, spares, packing, inland freight to Qingdao.
Two or three options at different prices, with what each one costs you in downtime later.
If we are the wrong shop for your job, we say so and tell you what to look for instead.

Before you send

The eight numbers that make a quote accurate.

Solids & viscosity

Percentage solids by weight, and viscosity at your feed temperature. These move the machine size more than anything else.

Target fineness

D50 and D90, or a grind-gauge reading. Say which one is the acceptance test.

Quantity & pattern

Litres per hour continuous, or litres per batch and batches per day. Both are fine answers.

Cooling & climate

Cooling-water temperature and pressure, plus how hot the plant room gets in the afternoon.

Supply

Voltage, frequency, phases. And whether the room is classified for solvent.

Contamination limit

Any iron or metal limit in your spec, and whether the product is eaten or applied to skin.

Destination

Port you take delivery at, and whether you want FOB or a landed price.

Deadline

When you need it running. If we cannot meet it, we will tell you in the first reply, not the last.
